MYCT: the 1st pan-Caribbean automotive e-Marketplace

More than 69 million motor vehicles, including cars and commercial vehicles, are produced worldwide. In 2006, 16 million new automobiles were sold in the USA, 15 million in Western Europe, 7 million in China and 2 million in India. In 2007, the markets in Canada, USA, Western Europe and Japan are stagnating, while those in South America (especially Brazil), Eastern Europe (especially Russia), and Asia (South Korea and India) are growing.

The Caribbean islands cannot be left behind in terms of mobility
for residents and visitors Approximately 2.3 Million vehicles are imported on a yearly basis to the Caribbean. Which on the other hand generates millions of tons of vehicle waste when vehicles have reached their ends. Sadly and the bitter truth is that 90% of these purchased vehicles are left parked along side of the roads or at people yards hoping that mother nature dissolves these vehicles back to earth.
